Tracheostomy is a surgical opening performed in the trachea beneath the larynx through which an indwelling tube is placed for overcoming any upper airway obstruction and facilitating mechanical ventilator support. Our personnel are trained to manage the entire mechanism to facilitate normal breathing of the patient.
